Earn rewards for referring peers to use the platform

Do you know colleagues who do neurofeedback or biofeedback treatment or training? Do you know any clinicians that want to get into the world of neurotherapy?

This is your chance to earn rewards for referring them to us! Our new customer referral program provides you with recognition for any new customer that you send our way. Simply send them your referral code / link and you’ll earn rewards as they use that code to register a new account with us.1

Eligibility Criteria

For You

The new customer referral program is open to all existing Divergence customers that meet the following criteria:

  1. Have a Clinic or Enterprise tier base subscription.
  2. Their account is active and in good standing.

For Them

Any new customer that you refer will be considered eligible if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Have created their account using your referral code / link.
  2. Have never had a Divergence account or trial before signing up.
  3. They remain a Divergence customer for at least 60 days.
  4. They maintain at least 2 active external clients (i.e. note test clients or personal client accounts).
  5. They have identified themselves as being a clinical or brain performance coaching customer.

What's In It for You

Each new eligible customer that joins as part of the referral program will receive 10% off everything that they include in their subscription plan for the first month.2

As the referring customer, you will receive your choice of supported device (some exclusions apply) after you have successfully referred 5 new customers.3

There is no limit to the number of new customers you can refer or to the number of device rewards you can earn, so keep those referrals coming!

Terms and Conditions:

1. To be eligible to earn rewards, the following criteria must be met:

  1. For customers being referred (new customers): (a) they must have created / registered their new account on the Divergence Platform using the referral code / link provided to you by Divergence, (b) they must have never previously held a registered account with Divergence including any paid or unpaid (trial) accounts, (c) they must remain a Divergence customer for at least sixty (60) days following their registration, (d) they must maintain a minimum of two (2) active clients in the platform at all times, (e) these active clients must be external to the customer and cannot be client accounts used for testing or personal use by the customer or any affiliate thereof, and (f) they must be a mental health professional, clinician, or brain performance coach.
  2. For customers referring new customers (existing customers / referrer): (a) must be an existing Divergence customer with an active Clinic or Enterprise tier base subscription, and (b) their account must be in good standing as defined by Divergence (no missed or overdue payments, no active disputes, etc.).
2. All recurring base subscriptions and add-ons are eligible for the 10% price discount for new customers. One-time purchase options are not eligible for this discount.

3. After the verification of each successive referral of five (5) new customers, Divergence will send one (1) new supported device of the existing customer’s choosing. The existing customer may choose a single device from the following list of supported and eligible devices:

  1. BrainBit Flex (4-channel)

  3. Callibri
  4. Synchroni Uno
  5. Synchroni Trio
