Through classes, professional training, and technology assistance, they strive to improve the relationships, mental health, and overall well being of communities.

Through this work the NMI has developed a series of NeuroMeditation protocols that can help your clients achieve their objectives.

NeuroMeditation

NeuroMeditation uses brain-based principles for meditation for mental health and well-being. The NMI offers a new approach to meditation rooted in science, that respects individual differences, and provides practical steps to make these practices more user-friendly.

About Dr. Jeff Tarrant

Dr. Tarrant is the founder and Director of the NeuroMeditation Institute and author of the book, “Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain.” Dr. Tarrant received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri in 1997. He is a licensed psychologist and board certified in neurofeedback. Dr. Tarrant has devoted much of his professional career to working with technology-based interventions such as quantitative EEG, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and audio visual entrainment (AVE).
